Annotations: Text-Boxes and Check-boxes that can be added to a document by the sender or signer allowing the document to be filled out along with a signature and date
Community Account - Free accounts including limited service features. Features for community senders include: Three free user accounts ,free training webinar and resources, limited email and phone support . Community senders are limited to sending only to enterprise signers only.
Care Plan Oversight (CPO) - Feature allowing signers to easily capture revenue for the supervision of patients under home health or hospice benefit where the patient requires complex or multi-disciplinary care requiring ongoing signer involvement . This feature reports on tracked time so signers can capture revenue.
Enterprise Account - Paid accounts including greater levels of featured services. Features for Enterprise senders include: Ability to send to all signers (Community and Enterprise) Personalized software training, marketing and training support , Signer on-boarding, Slow signer follow up. Features for Enterprise signers include : Custom reporting , community sender support, and premium support.
Medicare Beneficiary Identifier (MBI)- Medicare Beneficiary Identifier (MBI) will replace the SSN-based Health Insurance Claim Number (HICN) on the new Medicare cards
Sample Form: A sample PDF document containing real or fake patient information , which accurately represents your document.
Sender: The sending party who Initiates transactions. Sends documents via SutureSIgn
SIgner: The Signing party who completes transactions; Signs orders via SutureSign
Template: Tells SutureSign and the signer’s team what type of document is being sent. Places Signature/Date/Check/Text boxes on document’s pages
